Pros: - Tons of opportunities, and they encourage internal mobility.
- Startup-like culture.
- Competitive pay and bonus.
- LPs are engrained in the culture and part of every decision-making.
Cons: Bureaucracy is annoying; everything requires docs, reviews, and criticism. It's not always efficient decision-making.
The promotion process is not always unfair. Well-deserving employees are usually in a stretch role or performing at the next level, but still have to jump through promo hooks.
