Process
1st round: Phone screen consisting of 30 minutes of leadership principles questions and 30 minutes of LeetCode-style questions.
2nd round: Three interviews of the same format, and one interview with the manager discussing a project I worked on. This would be replaced with a system design interview if this were for a higher-level role. My interview was for SDEI (L4).
