I applied around December 2021 and received an OA email in February.
After passing the OA, I was invited to final interviews (1 hour x 3) at the end of February. I had roughly one month to prepare for these interviews.
Around three days after the final interviews, they sent me an "unofficial" job offer via email, due to Japan's regulations being a bit unusual.
Cannot describe in detail due to NDA.
For each interview, roughly 15 minutes was allocated to behavioral questions around OLP. There are lots of resources online which really helped me tackle it. They seem to ask the question in each interview for consistency.
For technical questions, you get around 30 minutes to solve them. I received two questions on designing data structures which required knowledge of hashmaps, priority queues, stacks, and linked lists, and of course, sound knowledge of OOPs. I think OOPs were very important since they cared about the scalability and maintainability of the data structures you create.
The third question was a LeetCode medium problem which I could solve using a brute-force approach, but I could only explain the pseudocode for the optimal solution with the interviewer's help.
