- Online assessment (virtual simulation, coding challenge)
- Onsite interview (2x technical, 1x behavioral, 1x system design)
Standard LeetCode mediums and behavioral questions were asked. System design was kept vague, perhaps because this was for an L5 role.

Friendly Team, Too Many Meetings

Pros: The people there are all friendly and helpful. Management tries to help you succeed and get you ready with work experience so you can have a good chance at getting a return offer. They also like to have welcome lunches for new members of the team, including interns.
Cons: The days are often loaded with meetings.
Because of COVID-19, we don't meet in person as often. Apparently, they also stopped giving free drinks and snacks in the vending machines when the pandemic began, which isn't necessarily a con, but it is disappointing. Hopefully, they go back to being free when this is over.
The onboarding experience is a very long process. There are tons of videos and trainings to go through, and sometimes it can be overwhelming.
