Cons: The following is all about the Bangalore Centre (may be different in other centers).
* Poor employee respect and care.
* Artificially high standards for promoting employees.
* Management does not care about employees' work-life balance; in fact, folks promote working on the weekends.
A lot of energy is spent on perception management. Employees in India have to keep proving and showing that they are as good as their US counterparts.
