Pros: Brilliant coworkers, lots of existing infrastructure, and opportunities for interesting work on problems of scale. Leadership principles give a mostly positive culture of accountability. Compensation and career development is good, not great.

Cons: On-call; lots of busy work; aggressive deadlines with pressure to meet them; lots of reorgs; constant shifts in priorities; red tape and occasional politics; leadership principles can be misused; on-call. Did I mention on-call?

Pros: 1. The work culture is truly awesome. There is no restriction on when you come and when you go. Personally, I used to come at 12 in the afternoon and used to leave at 12 at midnight. It's all okay here, provided you complete the task on time. 2. The meals in the canteen are nice and diverse. 3. You always have your teammates to answer your queries. 4. Several recreational facilities are there inside the campus, like Pool, X-BOX, and Table Tennis. 5. They don't like PowerPoint presentations either. They like 'Lines of Code' (LOC)!!

Cons: 1. You won't get your task as early as you might expect. You need to wait a little bit. 2. It's not like you will be spoon-fed here. You have to go, ask your teammates, and get things done.

Pros: - You get to work with some of the brightest people in the industry. - The work is challenging and you get lots to learn.

Cons: - Workload can get overwhelming. - It’s a large organization, so it’s easy to get lost.
