A recruiter connected with me via LinkedIn and invited me for an online assessment.
There were two coding exams. The first one was easy, and the second was medium-hard. They were similar to LeetCode questions but with different scenarios, which made them harder to understand.
The coding part lasted 90 minutes.
Next, there were some leadership questions, which involved email and instant message simulations.
The last part consisted of "what would you do if..." scenarios.

1 "what would you do" question - around 20 minutes.
