Pros: Great people and great problems.

Cons: Work-life balance can be better.

Pros: Good pay. Great learning opportunities. Unique problems to tackle. Scale at an altogether different level. Fast-paced environment. It's a crash course in whichever stream one is in.

Cons: Very stressful environment. If your manager/leadership isn't supportive, then your growth is stagnated. It's kind of a heartless company, and nothing can come in front of targets and metrics to meet. But it all depends upon the team one is in; there are many great teams as well. It's a "promotion-driven development" environment, and people work on or even choose projects which would help them get promoted. People will interact with you after having a look at your "level," and you may not get a response quickly if your level is lesser than the other party. It's not everybody's cup of tea.

Pros: Great company and good mechanisms. Good benefits.

Cons: PIP culture is not good. It is where members are forced to identify themselves.
