Not empathetic and not at all striving to be the world's best employer (one of the last LPs), if not trying to be the worst. - Over-applying processes and LPs in a dumb manner sometimes; no adaptability, no creativity. - Your previous experience is completely ignored. You hear a lot, 'You need to learn the Amazon way.' - A lot of politics. If you know the system, you can tweak it for your favor. - Not as inclusive as Amazon states. Regular late meetings with US leadership, ignoring the time difference. - Stressful environment on which only delivering results counts, not the people at all. - Treated as kids with the RTO communication.
