I applied through a recruiter.
I recently completed the final interview loop for Amazon's SDE New Grad position. It consisted of four one-hour rounds, each with a different interviewer.
Three of the rounds combined live coding with behavioral questions: I solved data structures and algorithms problems in a shared coding environment while explaining my approach out loud, and then answered behavioral questions based on Amazon's Leadership Principles, using the STAR format.
The fourth round was purely behavioural — the interviewer focused entirely on my past experiences and asked detailed follow-up questions about the decisions I made and the results.
Each round ended with a few minutes for me to ask the interviewer questions.
LeetCode 431.
Medium-hard question.
Asked me to write the pseudo-code.
