Pros: Total compensation is of course very nice.
Colleagues are very high level; there's a lot to learn.
The product is very high quality (even the old parts).
Cons: Steep learning curve: few industry-standard technologies.
Chaos: During my time there was a lot of reprioritization and canceled projects.
Workload: During my first year, I did 50-60 hour work weeks regularly. If you have other things going on in life and you are not a savant, this will burn you out fast.

2. There are people with a god complex who treat others as less if they don't play by their rules.
3. Managers use URA, PIP to indirectly force employees who can't quit due to visa issues to work more and deliver more.
