I got all the coding questions right.
Unless you are Indian and male, you will face bias and discrimination during the interview process.
I had one interviewer run their mouth for 10 minutes in the final coding assessment, which I eventually got right, but they also ran 10 minutes just rambling about something that was not even objectively what the question asked for.

- Good opportunities for internal mobility.
- Always hiring for something.
- Stock awards of a currently-healthy stock.
- Open to re-hiring if affected by layoffs.
Cons: On-call duties for engineers, possibly onerous depending on the team.
Sometimes the company grows at a rapid pace, sometimes it rapidly downsizes with massive layoffs, even in seemingly "safe" orgs.
Prefers to reward performance with stock rather than raises.

Pros: There is clear career direction and growth, which is offered via documents that indicate how to get promoted and what qualities you need.
The work environment is a meritocracy. If you back up your ideas with reason, people will listen.
There are many opportunities for learning, growth, and achievement. You just need to show some initiative.
Cons: The management is hit or miss. There are some managers who really know what they are doing, and they get promoted rather quickly. There are other managers who are not that great, and they eventually get promoted because of the results they command from their team.
It can take a big effort to convince management their plan is not good.
