The recruiter was great. However, everything seemed really fast, and the two questions given during the OA were difficult. I would definitely say that I need way more practice to be able to get to a level where I'd get an offer.

Pros: Amazon is an exceptionally good place to grow as an engineer. You will be given interesting work and excellent pay. Work-life balance has a reputation of being "hit or miss" at the company (mine has been good), so that's something to watch out for.
Regardless, after a few years at Amazon, you will come out a far more skilled individual, and companies will be lining up to hire you.
Cons: Basic benefits can be stressful at times.
