Overall, the interview process was straightforward.
The initial technical interview was a take-home assignment and was very similar to LeetCode questions. The technical questions for the virtual onsite included writing entire classes rather than just functions.

Laser-sharp focus on real-world problems.
Cons: Competitive - often there are multiple teams building similar things. This also leads to corporate politics sometimes taking precedence over engineering. Work-life balance is poor. It's stressful and highly demanding.
