Pros: I work with a very talented team. Salaries are also great.
Cons: No job security. For two years now, they have done layoffs even when the company is profitable. The leaders who chose to overhire or make poor investment decisions remain secure in their jobs. I think I will constantly be afraid I will get laid off now. It’s also awful seeing the impact layoffs are having on colleagues.
Also, a stupid RTO policy based on their ‘feelings’ – probably just another tool to encourage employees to quit voluntarily.

Pros: Lots of good process exists on paper.
Cons: On ground level, no good management support or framework exists. Management lacks taking ownership, team handling skills, and respect for employees. There's no real focus on the L&D (Learning & Development) part, resulting in high attrition.
