Two Technical Rounds (75% Coding, 25% Behavioral):
These rounds primarily focus on solving LeetCode-style coding questions, typically medium difficulty.
In addition to coding, interviewers will spend around 10-15 minutes assessing your fit with Amazon’s Leadership Principles through behavioral questions.
One Full Behavioral Round (100% Leadership Principles):
This round is entirely focused on evaluating how well you embody Amazon’s Leadership Principles, such as “Customer Obsession,” “Bias for Action,” and “Deliver Results.”
