Four guys were present in total. One interviewer was alright but slightly aloof. Another was a total bro, enthusiastic and encouraging.
A third interviewer was awful. This individual looked half asleep and had the "I won't have the will to live" look in his eyes. He also gave the hardest question and just didn't seem satisfied with anything.
The last interviewer was the manager. They seemed dismissive of everything and were just overall uninterested. They responded with "okay" to all behavioral answers and offered no engaging discussion.
I was "overqualified" for the position (over five years more than the recommended experience) and answered every question properly, yet I still got denied without proper feedback other than "it was kind of close but not good enough."
