There are three parts to LeetCode, but all of those questions are very long. I interviewed for Principal SE at Oracle OCI and had to go through 1+5 rounds of interviews, in which 2 were supposed to be coding, 2 system design, and 2 HM and BT. Oracle has such a dumb process that all of my 6 rounds were system design. Even the screening round was system design. Yes, you read that correctly.

They had microservices folks take my system design rounds on big data. They didn't even know the 'B' of Big Data, and yet they were taking my rounds. The position was for Big Data, but they kept asking about MicroServices. I don't know what they were trying to achieve.

In one of the rounds, the interviewer kept changing the requirements every 10 minutes. I had to literally ask him to freeze the requirements, and that pissed him off. Oracle should plan on giving their engineers workshops on conducting interviews.
