I applied online and received an email for an online assessment (OA).
The OA consisted of one LeetCode Easy and one LeetCode Medium problem. I wasn't able to get all test cases for the LeetCode Medium. Then, there was a section with questions about software engineering decision-making, such as which database to use in a given scenario or which step is most important when starting a project. I had to rate all possible answers on a scale of 1 to 5.
The third part was a personality test that used the company's leadership principles. Watching YouTube videos and researching this section online should be helpful.
Two days later, I received an email from the recruiter stating they were moving forward with my application. I was surprised because I couldn't pass all the test cases for the LeetCode Medium, but I suppose I really aced the second and third parts of the OA.
Then, there was an onsite interview a week later. Initially, there were four rounds, but another round was added later. The recruiter mentioned that the interviewers were not able to assess a specific competency and therefore needed an additional round.
All rounds began with questions related to leadership principles. Prepare a few stories from your career that you can talk about confidently. There are only a few behavioral questions, and they are asked in various ways. These are easily preparable. Prepare for them and have 8-10 stories from your career ready.
LeetCode questions were directly from LeetCode.
A low-level system design question was their famous Linux search API question (google it).
