Pros: There is collaboration between all departments, and everyone is helpful. Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth. Always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new.
Cons: Work-life balance isn't there as you work 10-12 hours.

Pros: Amazon is fast-paced. You are working with some amazing customers doing amazing things with technology, and you are in the thick of it every day.
Cons: Internal systems are a joke. Work-life balance is largely non-existent. The pace is unrelenting and, above all, unrewarding. Employees are disposable assets (there's a reason for the very high turnover, which leads to a lack of continuity). Perks are non-existent, and "bonuses" are in the form of RSUs that don't vest for 2 years (and forget about pay rises).
