The recruiter reached out, and we had a quick 30-minute conversation. I was then sent the assessment and subsequently a rejection letter. The letter did not state the results of the assessment but rather indicated they had found another candidate. This was sent during the weekend, which struck me as an odd time to find another candidate.
Feedback for Amazon:
Please either provide the assessment results once they are submitted or have the recruiter follow up with these details instead of a generic rejection. The lack of transparency in not disclosing results leads me to wonder how many individuals who score "green" are not moved forward. At the very least, I believe you should provide feedback for future improvement if you are unwilling to disclose the assessment results.
