I was referred by someone, and the interview was scheduled within a week of the referral.
I first spoke with a recruiter to go over my background and answer a few behavioral questions, which were not challenging.
The recruiter then described the entire interview process. Honestly, I only made a mental note of the next interview and didn't quite remember the rest, since they are so far in the future. One step at a time.
Then, I had the first round of interviews. This round was a mixture of technical and behavioral questions.
An example of a technical question was: "What do you need to ensure the reliability of xxxxx?" A behavioral interview focuses more on how you handle a situation with a client.
The interviewers were very nice and provided guidance along the way.
I don't know the results yet.
How do you prepare for your first client meeting?
