Process
I applied online. The process took 1 day.
You do 4 back-to-back interviews in 1 day. It was exhausting. Besides that, I really appreciated the recruiter giving out interview prep before it takes place. The good thing is there is no coding round.

Best place to learn and grow

Pros: Unusually customer-obsessed. Most new employees get an onboarding plan to slowly ramp up into the role they were hired for. Which, in my case, was 3+ months. This was amazing.
Every employee has a chance to create the next big thing in a safe space. My team works in an independent setting and collaborates as necessary.
Cons: It can feel overwhelming at the beginning, but know that you are meant to be here if you get in. This will affect your work-life balance.
