Process
Neutral.
Recruiters lacked communication regarding the phases of the interview. However, that could just be their way of doing things.
They were vague on salary compensation in the beginning, which made it difficult for me to decide to go through the interview process with a lack of definitive information.

Flexible Work, Market Lag
Solutions Architect • Current Employee
Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina
October 29, 2018
Pros: Great customer focus, little internal overhead, lots of flexibility in how, when, and where I do my job. You work a lot, as in any other high-tech shop nowadays. Constantly encouraged to take trainings, online or classroom, all paid, anywhere. It's like an MBA in cloud working here.
Cons: Finding tools internally is kind of hard. Once hired, salary doesn't keep up with the market as much as one would want, and in here inflation is high. Benefits are poor compared to other high-tech companies around here.
