I applied online. The process took 5 weeks.
4 rounds each with leadership principles. There were:
- 2 coding rounds (1 leetcode, 1 sys design)
- Bar raiser round
- Gen AI round
Three of the rounds will be with the team that you are potentially joining and then 1 is the bar raiser that is from a completely different org.

Cons: Company does not appreciate employees.
You will pretty much be stuck at the starting base salary.
Promotion is left up to the manager.
If the manager wants to promote you, you can get promoted from L4 to L5 in 15 months, but otherwise, they can keep you at L4 for more than 3 years.
No benefits to begin with.
Recently, they cut down on coffee.
