First was the OA. This consisted of two mediums.
Got a callback about two months later.
Scheduled the virtual onsite, which consisted of:
- A behavioral interview
- Two easy/medium LeetCode questions
- One medium/hard LeetCode question
I've heard others have had an OOP question as well.

Pros: Competitive pay, good engineers, and opportunities to learn a lot.
Cons: Company does not appreciate employees.
You will pretty much be stuck at the starting base salary.
Promotion is left up to the manager.
If the manager wants to promote you, you can get promoted from L4 to L5 in 15 months, but otherwise, they can keep you at L4 for more than 3 years.
No benefits to begin with.
Recently, they cut down on coffee.
