There were three interviews. The first two rounds consisted of one technical and one behavioral question. The third round was entirely behavioral. The process and interviews were okay, but I was nervous and messed up.

Pros: Competitive pay, good engineers, and opportunities to learn a lot.
Cons: Company does not appreciate employees.
You will pretty much be stuck at the starting base salary.
Promotion is left up to the manager.
If the manager wants to promote you, you can get promoted from L4 to L5 in 15 months, but otherwise, they can keep you at L4 for more than 3 years.
No benefits to begin with.
Recently, they cut down on coffee.
