They reached out and conducted an initial phone screening, then invited me for a second interview, which I attended.
However, they invited me to a by-invite Networking Event while I was still waiting for feedback on the second interview.
After the event, when I checked their system, it indicated "no longer under consideration." When I followed up, they stated it was a system error and offered to resume the process where we left off.
But they never restarted the process or provided any feedback on why they initially removed me. This was a very bad experience. I would never respond to an Amazon recruitment outreach again.
