Relatively easy, unclear expectations
- Easy to get in as a new college graduate.
- Lots of support from the local team in learning and developing, and a large knowledge base.
- Decent pay, considering experience.
- Really unclear expectations of day-to-day.
- Too much middle management.
- Difficult to implement improvements/changes due to so much paperwork.
- On-call 24/7.
Improvements/changes should require documentation, but not so many approvals. And flush out work expectations, so our managers aren't telling us to do everything all the time.
