A big company such as Amazon will have endless possibilities for career development. Pay in the UK is above average, unless you live in a very expensive region.
Pay not worth it in expensive regions such as the London area.
Salaries should be reviewed and increased as per market standards. It is unfair that a newcomer makes more than the people who will train him or her.
