Kinda ok, but tasks are mostly boring
Corporate: It is possible to hide a lot of different benefits, like language courses, etc. Possibility to travel to see other Amazon sites, etc.
Corporate bureaucracy is outrageous.
Salary is almost not growing. If you get some, you will get it in shares (but don't expect much even when you 'exceed expectations' at the end of the year).
My manager was golden.
