• Good salaries.

• No technical development.
• Amazon has very high corruption inside the corporate.
• Unsafe to work for.
• No growth is allowed; you are stuck in your position.
• No relocation is allowed; managers are crazy and will not allow you to leave them.
• If you have any problem, it will be used against you. "TOXIC"
• Very low recognition of diversity. "low experience"
• Very low recognition of individuals.
• No core values.

• Do some effort with your team!
• Listen to the needs of your employees.
• Investigate every input you have about the employees.
• Be more open-minded and recognize your teams and their problems.
• Stop affecting the careers of your team; everyone has their own plan!

All of the previous is due to a lack of education regarding team building and needs. Ask anyone in Amazon: "What do you know about leadership?"

Leadership is not equal to going and leading an existing problem. Leadership is more humanity-oriented. Think big is something to be used with yourself, not against your colleagues.

At the end, stop the meaningless hostile environment if you want to see real talent, otherwise you destroy!
