I would recommend that you apply for positions, as promotion does not come up easily.
Very hard to get a promotion, so they hire constantly to fill up positions for people quitting the role.
Very low-paying job with high expectations from new employees.
Learn to treat employees like humans and not robots with low pay.
Labor is too cheap for a well-renowned company.
