Amazon does employ a lot of people, which is a great thing.
They seem to not treat those employees well.
Please do better at respecting your employees. Not speaking for myself, but you hire a lot of people that may have no college degrees, criminal records, and students, and that is a good thing. But that does not mean you should work them to death, and in the process, hire management that doesn't care about those employees.
