Pros

Customer Service-wise, it's one of the best salaries in Spain. Other good perks include basic medical/dental insurance and the possibility to move to different countries or positions in different departments if you're bored of your current position and want to switch careers.

Cons

Everything constantly changes, more often than in any other company I worked for. These changes aren't discussed until the last minute, and there is no room for mediation. There's a strong push on micromanagement. Every decision is excused and justified with business needs.
