- Decent clients and a drive to acquire them.
- Enough cloud products to meet and fit every need.
- Enough flexibility (if you can use them).
- Not a clear career path; at least it is too flexible.
- Burns you out. You need to decide where to pause based on age and ability.
- You can easily burn yourself out unless you can balance.
- Understaffed (at least in Nordics), so you can burn yourself out.

- Basically burns you out.
