Poor Compensation Reviews
Stable job.
Need five words for the review.
I've worked at the company for nearly six years now. You hear about how well AWS is growing, and you see how big the company is scaling.
But then, amidst the biggest inflation for 30 years, I received a pay increase of 0%.
New hires at a lower technical level also earn more than employees who have been at the company for many years, as starting pay has increased.
I am actively looking for new employment.
Sort out pay so old employees earn as much as new employees. Compensation review should at least be the inflation rate.
