I have a great team and a great manager
- I have a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.
- My manager is technically super strong and is super talented. I am actually inspired by him every day.
- High compensation and benefits.
- Very few perks.
- Amazon uses all internal tools and technologies (at least in my team), which limits exposure to the latest tools, tech, and software in the market.
- If you move from a consulting background, the way things work is different. It will take some time to get used to it. (I do not think this is a con, but I wanted to mention it).
