WLB Worth It
I love to be overworked, in my opinion. Working at Amazon is a real challenge when you're trying to dodge all the PIPs the managers have for you. It's a great learning experience.
WLB is awful. Also, lots of politics under the ops team.
Can't change Amazon, so LP for life.
