The pay is great, and the people are really smart. The work is interesting, and the scale is as large as it gets.

Cons

Pip culture: firing people that don't deserve it to meet metrics.

Advice to Management

Stop applying a one-size-fits-all approach to performance management. I understand there needs to be some sort of incentive to push managers to cut the deadwood, but this isn’t the way.
