Excellent salaries.
Good experience, large-scale problems.
Very high politics. The management chain is so deep, your manager can effectively throw you under the bus without a blink of an eye. There's no empathy at all. Teams compete with other teams to literally take them out of the company. It's a disgusting culture.
They didn't listen to it while I was working. Why would they do so if I write it here?
