On-call, it is hectic. How could anyone on earth provide support for 1 week, 24 hours a day? Early morning wake-up calls are the worst to say.
Though you get a lot of resources to learn, you don't get time.
You should be very conscious and energetic to manage work-life balance.
Consider engineers' health before scheduling night meetings during 10 to 11 p.m.

HR reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had an online assessment, where no camera or audio was captured. The level of questions was relatively difficult; I could only do one or two questions and did not get a call back.
