Pros

A great way to learn how to deal with dozens of teams at a time.

Cons

Health insurance is pretty bad for people with chronic illnesses.

Pay isn't enough for me to live in an apartment 15 miles from work without roommates.

Benefits outside of the Seattle office are trash.

Male coworkers make you provide data for every little thing, slowing down design work. Sexism among the WWE team is huge.

Huge amount of un-automated bureaucracy.

Things move WAY too fast. We're still cleaning up repercussions from rushing old products when they want the new product done.

Advice to Management

Pay your mechanical engineers more.

Have benefits for people not in the Seattle offices.

Say thank you when your employees work their tails off to meet your unrealistic deadlines.

Give us time to explore future ideas instead of being bogged down in sustaining.
