- Good leave policy and no hassle for getting them if you plan them well.
- Cab facilities are available for employees. Lower-level employees receive an amount as transport allowance if not using cabs, which is great.

- Shifts can be a pain sometimes on health if you are not okay with working on shifts.
- Sometimes anonymity of certain aspects of work can hinder you to get the complete picture of the process you work.
Communication across all levels is great. Please continue keeping this in its current state.
