No dress code (you can wear whatever you are comfortable with unless it doesn’t distract others in the office)
Base pay (Amazon has the concept of base pay over CTC unlike other companies. So, except for PF, there would not be many deductions).
Wi-Fi (we have access to free Wi-Fi right from the very first day. We are free to access any website, even YouTube, unlike in other companies. It's just that we don’t have enough time)
Free two-way transport for all employees, no matter what shift they work in (Amazon does not charge its employees for two-way transport unlike many companies. If you do not utilize the company transport, it pays you rupees 4000 every month along with the salary).
Work environment (the environment is good at Amazon when compared to many other companies).
Management (most of the team leads and managers are very approachable).
HR team (one of the best HR teams I had ever heard of. Everyday, at least one of the HR team members would be available in every office of Amazon. We can just walk-in to their cabin and put forward our concerns. There are also HR weeks at Amazon which are dedicated for HR operations. Any changes coming up in the company would be presented to employees by the HR team during that time. And I heard of people from other companies saying they do not get to see any HR team member except for the time of interview)
Incentives (we get incentives every three months based on performance).
Food (we have Biryani Day, Shawarma Day, Ice-cream Day, Donut Day etc. Take your coupon, go and eat. That’s all).
Fun activities and events at least once in every two/three months (we have events like Fun Friday, RnR etc. with activities and performances).
Recognition (Amazon leaves no stone unturned to make its employees happy. Every month, associates with the best performance in each metric will be awarded).
Break time should be increased.
The interview was very good. I had so much fun because it was easy and the interviewer was nice to me and all the other candidates. Therefore, I think one should apply for this role.
It was quite easy; you can clear it with just basic answers but with fluency. The process was fully online. You will get an email by which you have to attend the meeting. There were many other candidates from different regions. If you are in Delhi,
The interview process was smooth and structured. It started with an English assessment test covering grammar, comprehension, and vocabulary. After clearing that, I was invited for a managerial round where they asked about internships, communication
