Being in huge teams makes it hard to communicate quickly with team members or managers. It is also demotivating having over a hundred people in the same position as you.
Management is very strict.
Some DAs are assigned more tasks than others but still have the same position and salary.
Employees are closely monitored.

- Smaller teams for better management.
