I love the fact that customer obsession drives how the company makes progress and innovates. This is a much better way to drive business than being competitor obsessed.
With the recent announcement of Amazon's commitment to reach zero-carbon by 2040, 10 years ahead of the Paris Agreement, it shows why Amazon is the right place if you care about the climate and a sustainable future for everybody. Amazon will drive its carbon from every part of its business and cause ripple effects across many industries as a result. I love being part of this change.
If you are not mostly in agreement with the leadership principles, it may be hard for some people to succeed.
