Lots of time to come up to speed and great support from the team, both direct and indirect.
The culture is fast-paced but with the respect that you are a person with a life outside and to do what you need when needed.
HUGE company, so hard to get your head around the size, but other than that, all good so far.
Keep focusing on your people and customers, and the business will look after itself.
