Pros

Good culture, freedom to apply for other positions inside the company. Work From Home is not an issue, and there is no pressure to get back to the office.

Cons

Probably the fears are those who have been exposed through the news and social media about pivot programs, forced curves where you get classified as 'needs improvement' without knowing with whom you are being compared. This mechanism should be retired. It will make you stressed and burnt out if you think too much about it.

Advice to Management

Rethink the evaluation process where you put 5% of the group on the pivot program. If an employee has been hired, it's because they met the LPs. If not in the current position, they can work in other positions in the company. The pivot program is a death sentence for an employee who cannot move to other positions and, in many cases, has the only option to leave.
