The attention given to the onboarding process is amazing! The training is customized for your position, delivered in many engaging ways, and of excellent quality.
Some roles are offered only to those who can travel to one of the HQ offices. There is a new policy being developed to return people to their offices at least 3 days per week. This may be a deterrent to some people.
